Our mail team ships around the world. We use the best value couriers available and will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Courier delivery

The majority of our parcels will be sent via a courier. Please be aware that they advertise their delivery times as anywhere between 8am–6pm Monday to Friday and we are therefore not able to dictate a time. In some cases, a signature will be required. You will receive a text or email notification prior to delivery.

UK Deliveries

• Small parcel — £12.00 inc VAT
• Medium parcels — £15.00 inc VAT
• Large parcels up to 20 Kg — £22.00 inc VAT

Mainland Europe / Rest of the World

For orders to mainland Europe and the Rest of the World, the cost for carriage is calculated on order package weight and final destination.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
